Jewellery, Tiaras and Wedding Accessories

Any item purchased from The London Wedding Company may be returned unused/unopened within 28 days from the receipt of the items. We would be happy to refund your money or exchange it for the value of the returned item. Opened items, and personalised items (including stationery) will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part. Package and postage charges are not refunded.

Stationery

Once your order has been received by us we will contact you to confirm your details. We will ask for a 25% deposit (which can be sent to us by cheque/postal order) and a proof of your stationery will be sent to you by post. Please check this very carefully as errors found after you have signed it will be subject to further charges. Please make any necessary changes to it legibly in red and return it to us along with the final balance. Once the proof has been received, printing of your cards will be commenced as per your instructions. At this stage, no further changes can be made without incurring charges, unless there is an error on our part. Rush orders (where possible) of less than 2 weeks can be provided at an extra charge.

Wedding Gowns and Bridesmaid Dresses

A 50% deposit is required on ordering of the gown or bridesmaid dress with the balance due on completion. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds, except due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Such returns must be made within 5 days of collection or delivery.

Additional Fabric

There any no returns or refunds for cut fabric.
